Welcome to CashCalm! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CashCalm mobile application ("App"), operated by CashCalm ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the App.

2. Description of Service

CashCalm is a personal budgeting and expense tracking application that helps users:

• Track income and expenses
• Set and manage monthly budgets
• Create custom expense categories (Premium)
• Generate financial reports and insights
• Sync data across devices via cloud storage
• Export transaction data (Premium)
• Set up recurring transactions (Premium)

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use CashCalm, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your password with others
• Use a strong, unique password
• Enable two-factor authentication if available

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Features

CashCalm offers core features at no cost, including:

• Unlimited transaction entry
• Monthly budget tracking
• Basic reports and charts
• Cloud sync

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features are available through subscription:

• Monthly: $4.99/month
• Annual: $39.99/year (save 33%)

Premium Features Include:

• Recurring transactions
• Category-specific budgets
• Custom categories
• CSV data export
• Priority support

4.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Prices are in U.S. Dollars and may vary by region
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

4.4 Cancellation and Refunds

• Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through App Store/Play Store settings
• Access: Premium features remain accessible until the end of the current billing period
• Refunds: Handled by Apple/Google according to their refund policies
• No Partial Refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time

4.5 Free Trials

• Free trials may be offered from time to time
• You will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel
• One free trial per user

5. User Conduct

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use CashCalm only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to track finances of others without permission
• Share your account with others
• Use bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality

5.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse our support team
• Use the App in a manner that harms others or our service

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Rights

CashCalm and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

6.3 Your Data

You retain all rights to the financial data you enter into CashCalm. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data solely to provide the service.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of CashCalm is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7.1 Data Accuracy

• You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter
• We are not responsible for errors in your financial records
• Always verify important financial decisions independently

7.2 Data Backup

• We provide cloud sync, but you should maintain your own backups
• Export your data regularly (Premium feature)
• We are not liable for data loss

8. Disclaimers

8.2 "As Is" Service

CashCalm is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

8.3 No Guarantee

• We do not guarantee the App will meet your requirements
• We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times
• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Business interruption
• Financial losses based on App data or recommendations
• Damages exceeding the amount paid for Premium subscription (if any) in the 12 months prior to the claim

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CashCalm and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Financial decisions made based on App data

11. Third-Party Services

CashCalm integrates with third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, database, analytics
• RevenueCat: Subscription management
• Google Sign-In: Authentication

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Sending an in-app notification or email

Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the App.

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account in Settings
• Uninstalling the App
• Contacting us at support@cenadz.com

13.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without notice, if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Engage in illegal activities
• Pose a security risk

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• Your data may be deleted (see Privacy Policy for retention)
• Outstanding payment obligations remain

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

15. Dispute Resolution

15.1 Informal Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact us first at support@cenadz.com. We will attempt to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.

15.2 Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for:

• Intellectual property disputes
• Small claims court matters

15.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.

16. Miscellaneous

16.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CashCalm.

16.2 Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

16.4 Assignment

You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.

16.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
